YogaDance guided by Michelle Cormack, combines simple yogic
postures with spontaneous free form dance that resonates with the
5 Elements: earth (stable, grounding, slow movement), water (flow,
fluid, creative movement), fire (fast, transformative action), air
(breath, wind) and space (consciousness, emergence, freedom, being).
Infused with inspiring music and NO yoga mats required. Join
us for an exciting and liberating journey through the elements and
the merging of Yoga and Dance.
