Sessions are
one hour sessions, geared entirely on your goals and needs
(also referred to as "Personal Training"). They
generally consist of either Yoga, Pilates (both Mat and
Stott Pilates Reformer) or a combination, including utilizing
a variety of small equipment. Private Sessions are available
during times when there aren't classes offered in the

Sessions/Personal Training is recommended as the ideal
preparation for beginners to maximize their group classes
and is especially useful for anyone serious about RESULTS!!!
With undivided focus on only yourself, the "exercise
prescription" will be exactly what you want and need
to accomplish your goals.
As
Certified Nutrition & Wellness Specialists, we can
help you formulate your goals and design a strategy for
you to accomplish them and achieve RESULTS!!! We recognize
that focusing on both Nutrition and Wellness (stress-relief,
including emotional triggers, habits etc.), will make
a crucial difference as you begin to follow a new structure
in your eating & lifestyle patterns. Balance and moderation
will be some of the key factors facilitating a difference
in your nutritional habits, including an incredible motivational
boost! We would love to assist you in rewriting your "script"
to achieve the results you are aspiring to, recognizing
that weight loss/fat loss results are often 80% diet /
20% exercise.
