Class Info & Guidelines

  • Our schedule is ongoing, all classes are drop-in and you are welcome to attend any class you wish. We encourage you to try a few so you can experience different styles.
  • Simply arrive about 10 minutes prior to class time...no need to pre-register (except where indicated with *). We have both Yoga mats and Pilates mats available for you to use in class, depending on the type of class you are attending, however, we encourage you to have your own yoga mat and please bring a towel to HOT classes..
  • Please wear comfortable clothing and leave your shoes just inside the front door.
  • Class is ideally performed with a mostly empty stomach.
  • Please refrain from wearing heavy fragrances/perfumes (some of our participants have fragrance allergies) and gum chewing.
  • If you are late, please wait until we have completed the centering (about the first 5 minutes) before entering so that those who are centering will not be disturbed. When you do enter, please do so quietly and unroll your mat without interrupting fellow participants.
  • Please leave cell phones, pagers etc. in your car or at the very least, turn them to vibrate

  • Although our building has ample free parking, if necessary during the daytime classes, parking is available on side streets.
  • Please let your teacher know of any injuries before class starts, whether past injuries or present ones, or any other conditions that may be a factor in your class performance and safety.
